The National Snow and Ice Data Center (NSIDC) is iteratively developing a repository of geographic information systems (GIS)-compatible snow, ice, and frozen ground data for research and planning. We welcome feedback from existing and potential users. Please fill out our feedback form to tell us what type of GIS data would be helpful in your research, which geographic regions you are interested in, and how we can improve this site.
