This data set presents centrifuge modeling of ground freeze and thaw processes. Its primary relevance is to geotechnical/civil engineering, with application to heave, thaw consolidation, and heave pressures. The data also have potential application to modeling development of geological events such as pingos. This data set is at risk of being lost.
