A free version of Geograph with restricted functionality (Geograph Mini) is available and can be downloaded from ftp://geocnt.geonet.ru/pub/ggwmini. This is a windows package. Three .arj files must be downloaded from the ftp site. The files need to be unpacked using WinZip. Then run setup.exe from the Disk1 folder.
