High-Resolution QuickBird Imagery: Method for Creating the Barrow B4 Quadrangle (BQ)

QuickBird panchromatic image (0.7 m) Barrow B4 Quadrangle area

The Barrow B4 Quadrangle (BQ) data set was created for use as a geocorrection layer. The most accurate areas of image P001 and image P002 were preserved using a cutline (shown in red). Note that most of image P002 was used in the overlap area. The image was clipped to the boundaries of the USGS Barrow B4 Quadrangle because the image file size would be too large if the entire QuickBird images were mosaicked.
