Access External Data
This data set includes spectral and broadband measurements of downwelling shortwave and longwave radiation made aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter 'Polar Sea' during the 1994 Arctic Ocean Section (AOS). Measurements were made using a Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroradiometer, a multichannel narrowband ultraviolet radiometer, two Eppley pyranometers, and an Eppley pyrgeometer. Surface air temperatures and relative humidity data accompany the radiation measurements. Data are in comma-delimited ASCII format and are available via ftp.
