The list is run by an automated system called Majordomo.

To receive IPYDIS list mail, send a message to majordomo@nsidc.org. Simply write

subscribe dahli

in the body of the message. Leave the subject blank.

If for some reason you wish to have the mailings go to a different address than the one you're sending the message from, please add that address to the command. For example:

subscribe dahli your@email.com

Once approved by the list administrator, you will receive an introductory message, containing list policies and features. Save this message for future reference; it will also contain exact directions for unsubscribing.

You can interact with the Majordomo software by sending it commands in the body of mail messages addressed to "Majordomo@nsidc.org". IPY Publications Database available online

The International Polar Year Publications Database (IPYPD) will attempt to identify and describe all publications that result from, or that are about, the International Polar Year (IPY) 2007-2008 and the three previous IPYs. The IPYPD is part of the IPY Data and Information Service (IPYDIS).

IPY Begins March 1

DAHLI is one of hundreds of international organizations participating in the International Polar Year (IPY).
